Bloom Veritas and its florist partners will make every reasonable effort to replicate the arrangement selected by the customer.

Where substitutions are necessary, the florist will aim to preserve:

3. Flower Substitutions

• Replacing one premium rose variety with another premium rose variety;

• Replacing unavailable seasonal flowers with similar flowers of comparable appearance and value;

• Replacing imported flowers with locally available alternatives where necessary.

Flower substitutions will be selected to maintain the overall look and quality of the arrangement.

4. Colour Variations

Certain flower colours may not be available at all times.

Where necessary, Bloom Veritas may substitute flowers with similar colours that complement the original design.

Reasonable colour variations shall not be considered defects or grounds for refunds.

5. Foliage and Filler Substitutions

Foliage, greenery, fillers, and accent flowers may vary depending on availability and florist inventory.

Examples include:

• Baby's Breath;

• Waxflower;

• Ruscus;

• Leatherleaf Fern;

• Seasonal foliage.

Such substitutions may occur without notice and will not affect the overall value of the arrangement.

6. Wrapping and Packaging Substitutions

Wrapping materials, ribbons, boxes, containers, vases, and packaging components may occasionally differ from those shown in product images.

Where substitutions are necessary, Bloom Veritas will provide packaging of equal or greater quality and value.

Packaging substitutions shall not be considered grounds for refunds or complaints.

As Bloom Veritas serves multiple countries and regions, arrangements fulfilled in different locations may contain variations while maintaining the intended design style and value.

9. Refunds and Substitutions

Customers acknowledge that substitutions are a standard and accepted practice within the floral industry.

Refunds, replacements, or store credit will generally not be provided solely because substitutions were made, provided that:
 

• The overall design intent was maintained;

• The arrangement value was preserved;

• The substitutions were reasonable;

• The quality standards of Bloom Veritas were met.

10. Quality Assurance

All substitutions made by Bloom Veritas and its florist partners must meet Bloom Veritas quality standards.

Florists are expected to use fresh, high-quality flowers and materials when fulfilling orders.

Bloom Veritas reserves the right to review florist performance and substitution decisions to ensure customer satisfaction and brand consistency.
